As an iOS Developer at Tiki, I was responsible for managing and requesting essential device permissions from users, including location services, tracking, and the secure uploading of receipt images. My role also involved architecting and implementing a native Software Development Kit (SDK) that enabled seamless downloading and processing of emails directly on the device.
September 2021 - March 2023 (1 year 7 months)
I was part of the OpenFinance team at a bank that implemented a feature enabled by the Brazilian central bank. This feature allowed users to make payments or transfers using our bank's app but utilizing the available balance from a bank account at a different financial institution.
During the project, we adhered to a regulated schedule for implementing this functionality. However, halfway through, a company-wide layoff occurred. As the sole iOS developer on the team, I took on the responsibility of completing the development, collaborating with various other squads and delving into the backend of the application to ensure the successful implementation of the feature.
